John Keating has earned the highest candidate rating possible from both the NRA and Texas State Rifle Association. He is a staunch defender of the 2nd Amendment and will vehemently oppose any efforts to infringe on the rights of law-abiding citizens. John has a Concealed Handgun License (CHL), and his military background has provided years of experience with firearms and munitions. John is a Life Member of the NRA and a Life Member of the Texas State Rifle Association. He enjoys hunting with his boys, and has an extensive firearms collection.
